Our Processes

Leadership Via Design uses a variety of methods to design learning and leadership programs for our clients. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. However, we do believe that our Instructional Designer Certificate program offers opportunities to learn our methods and this is a significant method of developing capacity for our clients. We use both quantitative and qualitative methods to develop the best program for you.
